Terms and Conditions Nanstoto

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between you ("Member" or "User") and nanstoto ("Platform", "We"). This Agreement takes effect immediately when you create an account on nanstoto or use any services provided by our platform.

By registering an account, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or have reached the legal age limit applicable in your region, whichever is higher.
• You are using this platform in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party.
• All information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.
• You understand that gambling carries financial risk and you are fully responsible for your decision to play.

To use the full services of nanstoto, you are required to register an account by completing the registration form provided. All information you provide must be accurate and up-to-date at all times.

Registration requirements:

Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account. Owning multiple accounts, regardless of purpose, is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being terminated and all funds therein forfeited. nanstoto uses advanced detection systems to identify multiple account ownership.

The KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process is mandatory for all members before the first withdrawal is processed. Required documents may include a valid national ID, passport, or driver's license.

All bets placed on the nanstoto platform are final once confirmed by the system. nanstoto does not accept requests to cancel or modify confirmed bets, except in special circumstances such as a clear technical error on the platform's part.

• Minimum and maximum betting limits vary by game type and table. These limits are clearly displayed within each game's interface.
• In the event of a technical error or service disruption during an active wager, nanstoto reserves the right to void the wager and return the staked amount to the member.
• Bets placed using unauthorized methods or tools, including automated software or bots, are invalid.
• Nanstoto uses certified random number generator (RNG) technology to ensure fairness across all casino games.
• In the event of a dispute regarding wagering results, the outcome recorded in the nanstoto system shall be final.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login details confidential. Nanstoto will never ask for your password via email, phone, or any other communication channel.

• Please use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online account.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an added layer of strong protection.
• Do not share your login details with anyone, including family members or close friends.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization, contact the nanstoto support team immediately.

Nanstoto will not be held responsible for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

Nanstoto members are required to conduct themselves responsibly and respectfully while using the platform. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Using offensive, abusive, or threatening language toward other members or nanstoto staff.
• Spreading false or misleading information about the nanstoto platform.
• Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt nanstoto's system operations in any way.
• Using automated software, bots, or any unauthorized third-party tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in money laundering activities or assisting any party in doing so.
• Opening an account on behalf of another person or using false identity information.

Violation of any of the above may result in permanent account suspension or closure without any compensation.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of terms, nanstoto reserves the right to forfeit all remaining funds in the account as a penalty.
